![]() icetools is a
collection of
programs, scripts and interfaces based on existing numerical libraries
specially designed to model ice flow and deformation. The general
approach is to implement a non-linear viscosity based on the ideas of
Glen and Nye, solve the Stokes equation with this non linear viscosity
and provide several boundary condition types useful for ice models.
At the moment, icetools has two development branches:
